Engineering Excellence Awards competition entry rules, guidelines now available

Oct. 31 is entry deadline

The rules and guidelines for ACEC Ohio's 2015 Engineering Excellence Awards competition are now available.  The deadline for submitting project entries is Friday, October 31.

If you'd like to gain valuable recognition for your company, strengthen your relationship with a key client, and congratulate your staff for a job well done, then the EEA competition is just what you're looking for.

For nearly half a century, ACEC has conducted this annual awards competition to "recognize engineering projects that exhibit a high degree of uniqueness, ingenuity and value."

Every year engineering companies from across the country enter their most innovative design projects and studies in state competitions, such as ACEC Ohio’s, with the top entries from each state advancing to the national competition in Washington.

Don't assume that the EEA competition is intended to recognize only "mega projects." Many relatively small projects walk away with top awards at both the state and national level.  In fact, ACEC Ohio has a special entry category for small projects (less than $2.5 million for design and construction).

Download the entry rules and guidelines now and start preparing your entry in the 2015 EEA competition.
