Having solid, reliable information is the key to making sound business decisions.  That's why ACEC Ohio annually publishes two important surveys, the Financial Performance Survey and the Staff Salary & Fringe Benefit Survey.

The Financial Performance Survey, conducted in the spring, enables you to compare the performance of your company with the overall industry in Ohio. It produces historical data from member companies on vital financial management benchmarks such as profit margins, overhead rates, work in backlog, average collection period, and the cost of professional liability insurance and employee health insurance coverage.

The Staff Salary & Fringe Benefit survey, conducted in the fall, produces salary data for engineers and engineering technicians, surveyors, architects and architectural designers. In addition, it provides data on the cost of employee retirement programs and the health insurance options offered by member companies and the cost of various coverage options.

Companies that participate in the surveys receive free copies of the tabulated survey data.
