The Ohio Chapter of the American College of Surgeons was established December 6, 1956 and is still one of the most dynamic state chapters of the American College of Surgeons. There is strong representation from both academic and private practice sectors, with a long history of leadership from renowned surgeons. Our mission is to provide educational opportunities for our members, be an advocate for our members and the patients they serve, and support and uphold the standards of the American College of Surgeons.
