Rate is $157 single/double occupancy. Mention AEA when calling for reservations. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out is 12:00 Noon. Any individual cancellations received after 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the arrival date will result in charging the first night’s room and tax to the individual’s credit card.
Dinner on Wednesday Evening:
Dinner will be held on Wednesday evening, June 19, at Gibson’s at 6:15 pm. Please be sure to indicate on your meeting registration form whether you plan to join us for dinner. This dinner always provides a fun addition to our networking.
Registration Fee:
The registration fee of $220 includes breakfast, two lunches, and breaks during the meeting as well as dinner. For those not able to attend the dinner, the meeting registration fee is $150. Click Here to register!
