D3 Banking Taps Jeffrey Walker as Chief Information Security Officer

Veteran adds more than 30 years of international, government and financial services information security experience to leadership team

He is responsible for establishing and maintaining the vision, strategy and processes required to protect the company’s information assets and technologies. Walker brings more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of software development, system engineering, information security and project management to D3 Banking.

Prior to D3 Banking, Walker was the director of Information Security for CSG International, where he was responsible for implementing a global security approach and strategy. As a 20-year veteran of the US Airforce Reserves, he developed and implemented strategic plans that improved operational capacity over 400 percent with the launch of new cyberdefense systems and services. Walker also was director of Application Security for Infogroup, where he planned and managed tactical and strategic security software development projects based on customer requirements and ROI. He has held various security and engineering roles at infoUSA, Solutionary and Papiotrade Inc.
