eGistics and Global 360 Form Strategic Alliance for Hosted Delivery

eGistics, Inc. today announced that it has formed a strategic business alliance with Global 360, Inc., a leading provider of Process and Document Management solutions. The partnership will enable Global 360 to provide a secure, hosted enterprise SoftwareasaService (SaaS) delivery environment for Global 360 applications and to offer longterm hosted storage in eGistics' secure, Tier 4 data centers.

With more than two decades of experience, Global 360 has developed an awardwinning suite of solutions that allow organizations to improve business performance by maximizing the productivity of all participants in a process. Through a seamless integration of eGistics' hosted document management environment with Global 360's applications, the companies will deliver solutions that help optimize business and document processing and provide longterm hosted storage of business content.

As part of today's announcement, eGistics will participate in Global 360's BPMLive event on May 28 at the Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. BPMLive brings together Global 360 customers, partners, executives and product experts for a full day of learning and networking.
