CSI Board Declares Cash Dividend

PADUCAH, Ky., March 3 -- Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) (OTCQX: CSVI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share payable on March 31, 2010, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 16, 2010.  The dividend amount represents an indicated annual dividend rate of $0.76 per share.

 "The $0.19 per share cash dividend represents an 11.8% increase from the $0.17 cash dividend paid in March 2009," stated Steven A. Powless, President and CEO of CSI.  "CSI's cash dividend program is an important part of our program to build long-term shareholder value and highlights our strong financial condition, record results and excellent cash flow from operations."
