The First State Bank of Bedias was extremely impressed by the dramatic improvement IBT's core processing gave them. This led to the bank's decision to adopt more of the applications that IBT offered. By selecting IBT's "Integrated Bank Environment", not only was the bank saving money on overhead costs and efficiency, but it also simplified their vendor management. "We converted from an institution that had multiple vendors providing products and services to a single vendor utilizing one common data base eliminating interface maintenance and streamlined system updates in the operations area of our bank. When we integrated to the whole suite of IBT's products, it gave our system a seamless look and feel to both employees and customers." explained Jody Smith, the Senior Vice President of Information Systems and Operations for the bank. "Additionally, we are extremely pleased with IBT's support team. The support team personnel specialize in each of the products they offer allowing problems or inquiries to be resolved timely. Having an IBT product expert available to work through any issue (in all areas of the bank) was invaluable to the bank during all phases of our conversion and more importantly as an ongoing service."

"In today's tumultuous market, banks are looking for increased efficiency and improving service to the customer while reducing costs. They are asking more out of their vendors and they expect more out of their products. Banks looking to meet the challenges of the future are successfully including innovation and technology in their overall strategy for growth and survival. We are very happy to be working with The First State Bank of Bedias to demonstrate the benefits that come from working with a vendor whose technology is new and flexible and can meet demands of constant change," commented Mike Golebiowski, President of Integrated Bank Technology.
