OneBridge Announces More New Clients Card Processor Adds Share One Clients in California, Delaware, and Ohio

INDIANAPOLIS (May 11, 2010) - OneBridge, a credit and debit card processor for financial institutions nationwide, announced today it has signed another three geographically dispersed institutions for payment card processing. All three credit unions use Share One, Inc.'s powerful NewSolutions core processing solution. OneBridge and Share One have benefited from a business partnership since 2007.

United Catholics Federal Credit Union of West Covina, California, chose OneBridge's Gateway Credit solution to bring its credit card program in-house. With OneBridge, United Catholics FCU will reduce costs, improve member service, and provide staff and members with real-time access to credit card data within the NewSolutions core processing system, Home Branch, and TeleMember Audio.

 American Spirit Federal Credit Union of Newark, Delaware, selected OneBridge for debit card processing. In addition to realizing significant cost savings over its current processor, American Spirit FCU will streamline its card operations by integrating real-time debit card data within NewSolutions, Home Branch, and TeleMember Audio. American Spirit will also employ other OneBridge solutions, including Navigator (an anywhere, anytime user administration interface) and Real-time Authorization Filters (part of OneBridge's comprehensive suite of risk management products).

Members Trust Federal Credit Union in Mason, Ohio, is also bringing its outsourced credit card program in-house using Gateway Credit. Members Trust wanted to factor credit card debt and activity into its loan portfolio review. The credit union chose OneBridge to bring its credit card processing in-house due to the functionality and ease of interfacing with NewSolutions, Home Branch, and TeleMember Audio.

 All three institutions shared a desire to optimize card processing, improve member service, and reduce the overall cost of their card programs.
