Russ Bernthal

 Russ Bernthal is the President of Dallas-based ProfitStars®, a division of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.® (NASDAQ: JKHY) that serves approximately 11,000 clients, including the majority of the largest 100 U.S. banks and credit unions. The company serves traditional corporations as well as public sector and international entities, with a growing Latin and European presence.

 Prior to Jack Henry & Associates, Russ was President and CEO of Tangent Analytics, a Business Intelligence Software solutions company headquartered in Winston-Salem, NC. In 2005, Russ sold Tangent to Jack Henry & Associates and joined the ProfitStars team.

 Russ has more than 35 years’ entrepreneurial and leadership expertise in software products, consulting services, business development and profitable operations throughout the global market. He has led or participated in the development of five different product and consulting companies during his career. Today he continues to serve as board and advisory member to several private companies and organizations.

In addition to his professional achievements, Russ has B.A. degrees in Business Administration and Psychology from Carthage College, Kenosha, WI and an MBA with a Finance concentration from Loyola University, Chicago, IL.

Russ lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with his wife Lisa. Their two married children live in the area as well.
