Answers to Frequent Registration Questions

You may register multiple attendees from the same organization on one invoice. If you are registering both members and non-members at the same time, you must log in to the registration form with the member's information first.
Registration fees may be paid by check or by credit card - select your preference during the registration process. For check payment, an invoice will be emailed to you automatically. Please make checks payable to: APA Ohio, P.O. Box 4085, Copley, OH, 44321.
Please note that cancellation refunds must be requested in writing to info@ohioplanning.org before October 21; a $25 processing fee will apply.

SPONSOR THE WORKSHOP

Exhibit tables and a variety of sponsorships are available in 2016; prices have not changed from 2015. Please review the 2016 Sponsorship Flier.

Ads and sponsorships must be registered by September 30 to be included in the day-of conference brochure. Sponsors registered before August 19 will have logos included in the pre-conference mailer that reaches 4,000+ people regionally. Exhibit tables and packet stuffers may be registered through October 21.

APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP

APA Cleveland is offering scholarships to cover registration fees for the 2016 Planning & Zoning Workshop.

Current APA Ohio members are eligible for a scholarship equal to 100% of the early-bird registration fee ($85); non-members are eligible for a scholarship equal to 50% of the early-bird registration fee ($55). Preference will be given to applicants who are currently unemployed, in their early career stage (first 5 years after planning/related degree obtained) or whose current employer will not pay registration fees.

Students are not eligible for this scholarship as they already benefit from a reduced registration rate.
