One of the vital components of Bobby's Books is the training we offer to the community. This training teaches both professional and lay audiences alike how to identify children's grief and realize how different and unique it truly is. Before you can know how to help a child in your life, you must first learn what they are going through.
We offer two different trainings: Don't Flush the Goldfish educational seminar, and Train the Trainer workshops. Continuing Education credits are also available. Please take a moment to learn more about each seminar by clicking on the links above and learn how to take that next step toward helping a child in your life.

Not at this time. We are exploring the opportunities to host webinar trainings in the future.
Bobby's Books provides an opportunity for parents and professionals to discuss major issues in the lives of children using a Bibliotherapeutic approach. This project goes the additional step of providing curriculum for each book and training in the use of books. Providing a way for parent and child to be together and heal together is a positive approach to processing grief for the family.
