Trustees Usage Policy

Rules for use of building

"In the April 15th Trustees meeting, the Trustees agreed to ""revive"" a building use policy originally implemented in May, 2005. The policy affects the use of the church building, equipment, furniture and security by any member, ministry/committee or staff member using the facility for church or personal use. This policy states that rooms/areas that are reserved for such functions should be left in the condition in which they are found. We have one custodian and we do not have 24 hr coverage to make sure that all spaces are neat and locked after an event at all times. As always, the Trustees encourage the use of the church building and its property and want the facilities to always be ready and welcome for all groups. The Trustees appreciate your cooperation in maintaining these areas by cleaning up after your event and making sure the space is put back in order so as to leave it presentable and ready for use by the next group. All ministry areas and committee chairs will receive a copy of the policy for reference."
