New Church Organization Model

Topic for February 21 Admin Council Meeting

PRAY FOR A NEW CHURCH MODEL OF ORGANIZATION

Following our church leadership retreat of Nov 17 at Wesley Glen, we have been carefully planning the adoption of a more efficient "Leadership Board" model of governance several growing churches throughout our Conference have successfully implemented. We will talk more about it at our upcoming Feb 21 Administrative Council Meeting, which will also act as a specially-called Charge Conference to approve ministry candidates Myunghee Ahn, Jeeyoung Kim, and DoYoung Park (endorsed unanimously at a 1/31 SPRC Meeting).  All are invited to attend.
