Family Ministries

Families with children are always welcome in our worship services, held at 9:00 and 11:00am. Children's worship bulletins are available on the bookshelves located just outside the Sanctuary doors.

Programs and Information

NURSERY & CHILD CARE (birth through age 4) is available on Sunday mornings during both worship services and Sunday school. In Room 15, our toddlers can enjoy time with wonderful cargivers & lessons from Play & Worship curriculum. Room 13 is for our littlest ones, creating a safe haven and quiet learning space.

SUNDAY SCHOOL classes for children meet year round from 10:00-11:00.

Pre-K & K (ages 4-6) Using "Hands-On" curriculum from Group, this fun class is learning Bible stories and truths using exciting tools & everyday objects that help to capture the imagination of these kids. Fun activities, oversized story books and silly gizmos bring Bible stories and truths alive!	12

Grades 4 - 6 Through the Grapple series, tweens are focusing on the tough questions they face. This excellent curriculum delas with life issues in today's world to help tweens understand what it means to be a disciple of Jesus, and provides an understadning of how individual actions can impact the world. They also have the opportunity to connect with others in their class on a safe and secure website.	5

CHILDREN'S CHURCH (11am)
During the Contemporary Service (11am), children are welcome with their family to participate in worhsip. A Children's Moment or activity is generally offered early in the 11 o'clock worship service. Children may then leave for Children's Church. Children age 4 through 6th grade are invited to join us to experience their own special church service. The Pre-K & K class continues the lesson from Sunday school, while the 1st-3rd & 4th-6th classes utilize the Buzz curriculum and other special event curriculums for Children's Church.

ACOLYTES are an important part of our Sunday morning worship services, symbolically carrying the light of Christ into and out of the sanctuary for worship. Those children in 3rd grade and older are invited to participate. For more information, contact the Family Ministries Director at 451-2085.
