As the final weekend for the 2012 BIA Parade of Homes approaches, the Parade Selection Committee is pleased to announce the location for the 2013 BIA Parade of Homes. Next year’s event will take place June 15-30 at Jerome Village, located in Jerome Township in southern Union County and within the Dublin City School District. This new community is being developed by Nationwide Realty Investors (NRI), which has led a variety of mixed-use developments around central Ohio that incorporate residential, including the Arena District and Grandview Yard. More information on Jerome Village is found at www.jeromevillage.com. The 2012 Parade of Homes runs through July 1 at the Meadows at Lewis Center. Advance tickets and detailed BIA Parade of Homes information are available at www.BIAparade.com.
"Jerome Village is an outstanding location for the 2013 parade," said Charles Ruma, BIA senior vice president and 2013 BIA Parade of Homes Site Selection Committee chairman. "We're excited to show Parade visitors the rich variety of architectural diversity and price points in this new master-planned community. Jerome Village will be accessible and modern, but will remain naturally beautiful, with recreational areas including parks, ponds, tree-lined parkways and extensive nature trails all interwoven to create a uniquely livable community."
BIA President Jim Hilz echoed Ruma's thoughts, pointing to lifestyle as a key deciding factor when families are searching for a new home. "Jerome Village is an up-and-coming area with great schools and offering an excellent quality of life," said Hilz. "In addition to stunning homes, visitors to next year's Parade will see a new approach to residential planning in this 1,400-acre development."
NRI is the real estate development affiliate of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company and is nationally recognized as one of the country's leading developers of large, complex mixed-use projects. NRI currently controls more than $1 billion in commercial and residential real estate investments directly and through joint ventures.
