What is CARW?
Capital Area Republican Women (CARW) was formed in the wake of the 2004 general election in recognition of the need to reach out to the median demographic of women. As generations have grown, the 30-50 year age bracket is an entirely different base now than it was even 20 years ago. Women in the 21st century have professional mindsets (even if presently removed from employment) and unprecedented control over disposable income.
