Important Hotel Information for CSCA 2015

THIS IS AN IMPORTANT UPDATE ABOUT THE CSCA 2015 CONVENTION HOTEL

Due to unprecedented numbers and growing excitement about the conference, association members have now completely filled the convention hotel.  No more rooms are available.

If you have not already made lodging arrangements for the conference, we urge you to do so immediately.  As a courtesy to CSCA members, we have collected information for hotels that are close to the conference hotel. Initial information is listed below, but please visit each hotel's website or call for the latest rates.

Best Western PLUS Inn on the Park
 An extremely low amount of rooms remain for as low as $159/night. We strongly recommend that you call to make a reservation, as space is extremely limited and online searches may not yield as many options as you will learn from a phone call. Please dial 1-608-285-8000 for assistance.

Hyatt Place Madison Downtown 
For reservations, we recommend you call 1-866-925-8685 for the lowest available rate. As of the date of this posting, rooms were as low as $179/night.

Double Tree by Hilton Madison
 At posting time, Priceline.com had a deal for this hotel where rooms could be booked as low as $181/night. Otherwise, we recommend you call 1-866-538-1370 for the best available rate.

The Edgewater
 This is a premium hotel where rooms are likely to be more pricy. It is a viable option, however, and could be the perfect choice for those who want to add a little luxury to their conference experiences. Rooms start at $229/night. Please call 1-866-925-8704 for more details.
