CSCA 2017 - Public Relations IG Reminder - Submissions Deadline October 3rd

Hello Public Relations Interest Group members!

I have been excited to see submissions start coming in and look forward to many more submissions coming in over the next week. This is a friendly reminder that submissions are due in one week (October 3rd). Please send your submissions electronically using Microsoft Word to the following address: dtucker05@gmail.com

In addition, if we have room (I will not have this panel if we have too many good submissions, as I do not want it to usurp all your good work), I would like to have what I am calling a “Working Panel.” I envision a panel where a bunch of us work together to CREATE (theme of the convention) public relations ideas for a good cause. So, I am seeking ideas from you now for a topic for our “Working Panel.” What is a cause that you think needs some PR help? We will be in Minneapolis, so if any cause has an organization based there, perhaps we could work for them, invite someone in to talk to us about their cause? So I am looking to all you based in the Minneapolis area! Then we will workshop ideas, develop a plan of for this cause. So, please email any and all ideas for this panel to me at dtucker05@gmail.com as well. Put “Working Panel Idea” in the subject line. If we have a lot of great ideas, I will put it to the membership for a vote.

I am excited to see all the great submissions that come in and to see all the great panels our group Creates in Minneapolis!
