Nominations for Outstanding Division Contributor

The Argumentation and Forensics Division of the Central States Communication Association will recognize an outstanding division contributor. A panel selected by the scholarship committee chair will evaluate applications for this award. Self-nominations are acceptable.

Please send any and all nominations to Mike Bauer by Monday March 10th, Chair of the Scholarship Committee.

This award is meant to recognize outstanding performance in/for the Argumentation and Forensics Division of CSCA. Nominations will be evaluated on years of service to the Argumentation and Forensics Division, participation at CSCA conventions and business meetings, promotion of forensics (through the CSCA), and overall devotion to the Argumentation and Forensics Division. Our nominee should be an active member.

The winner of the award is expected to attend a panel in their honor. This panel is currently scheduled for Saturday April 4th, 9:30 to 10:45 am, Jefferson F.

Please send a letter of application explaining why this person should be recognized (including the nominee's contact information), the nominee's relevant activities in the argumentation and forensic division of CSCA, and any additional information you feel would be helpful to the committee in making a decision. The current committee is Joe Sora, Donny Peters, and Mike Bauer.
