Dear members of the Communication Theory Interest Group,
I have two important items to mention today.
1. The deadline for submission for CSCA15-CTIG is only one week away: October 3, 2014. The time to submit is now.
The Communication Theory Interest Group (CTIG) invites the submission of competitive papers, panels, roundtable discussions, and innovative programming for the 2015 CSCA convention in Madison, Wisconsin. The purpose of the CTIG Interest Group is to promote the interests of communication theory faculty and students, as well as others interested in the theories and philosophy of communication. A range of topics encompassing communication theory is welcome, and we especially encourage members to address issues related to the convention theme of Convergence. 2. We are in need of reviewers for papers and panels as well as for individuals who would like to chair panels. Please send an email to Andrew Herrmann via ctig2015@gmail.com if you are so inclined.
