Thanks for visiting the newly re-constructed website of the Central States Motor Carriers Association, Inc. We are the administrators of the National Master Freight Agreement and the Local Cartage and Over the Road Supplemental Agreement in the Central States (Great Lakes) area. Our mission is to provide service beyond expectation in the resolution of disputes between member employers and the local unions representing their employees.

In our labor intensive industry, one poorly reasoned decision can cost the employer thousands of dollars.
