This course presents a methodology based on a new integration of the work of Cooren, Kress and van Leeuwen, and Bourdieu. The methodology looks at articulating the dialogic structure of reality television as a source of political frames, discourses and narratives. This would be of interest to teachers of Political Communication, Theory and Methodology, and Media Communication. It is applicable to anyone who explores new approaches as well as those doing work in discourse analysis.
