Shipping Information:
The Hyatt Regency Baltimore will accept packages 3 days prior to the start of the convention. Write Ashley Thomas and ECA on the label so the packages can be easily identified.
Special arrangements must be made for receiving any equipment, goods, displays or other materials that will be sent, delivered or brought into the Hyatt Regency Hotel. Failure to do this may result in deliveries being refused or materials being unavailable when
required. The Hotel's receiving entrance is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any materials being sent to the Hotel must be marked as follows:
-Hold for Arrival (DATE)
-Attn: Guest Name and Organization Name (Eastern Communication Association)
-Complete Return Address
-Hyatt Manager Name: Suzanne Houston
-Number of Boxes (ex. 1 of 2)

There will be a receiving charge of $7.00 per package and $200.00 per palette. Please notify the Hotel in advance of shipments in excess of 200 lbs. Please contact the Purchasing and Receiving Office for details.
