Daman ProductsDaman Products of Mishawaka has landed on Inc. Magazine’s list of the nation’s 5,000 fastest-growing private companies. Daman employs 127 people at its plant, which underwent a $1.75 million expansion last year.

Daman has an unusual operating model for a manufacturing business. Company President Larry Davis said the system works, but it requires a lot of communication and a lot of trust.  Click here for the full article.
