As a leading independent manufacturer of hydraulic cartridge valves, manifolds and electro-hydraulic controls, HydraForce continues to look toward the future with the opening of their brand new Innovation and Technology Center in Vernon Hills, Illinois.

Complete with an applications lab and proving grounds, the state-of-the-art facility will be the epicenter of their product research, development and testing efforts. “This facility will support HydraForce’s long-term commitment to optimizing quality, service, response and growth,” said Jim Brizzolara, HydraForce President and CEO. “It is the most significant investment in the history of our company and will allow us to bring new hydraulic, electronic and electro-hydraulic system technologies to market better and faster than anyone else in the world.”

Tony Casale, VP of Global Sales and Marketing states;  “Our Innovation Center will not only speed the throughput of the design process but it will also give us space to handle more applications engineering on equipment and machinery for our customers.”  This new facility positions HydraForce well for innovation and future growth.  They will dedicate 80,000-square-feet of the facility to research and development, and the remaining space to future capacity.

The investment complements another recent investment in prototyping equipment that will allow HydraForce to shave several weeks off of the prototype lead time to meet customer demands. And to meet the demands of a global economy, the center will have the ability to quickly respond to market trends in all parts of the world.

Above all, the center will allow HydraForce to work better together with customers to develop the most innovative hydraulic solutions so they can gain an industry advantage. This is just one of the many ways HydraForce plans to stay at the forefront of technology for years to come.

HydraForce designs and manufactures high performance hydraulic fluid power cartridge valves, custom manifolds and electro-hydraulic controls.  They have created thousands of custom control solutions for a variety of off-highway industries, encompassing farming, construction, marine, material handling, mining and forestry.  All five facilities will follow the same ISO 9001 standards to ensure global consistency in product quality. Since its founding, HydraForce continues to be a privately held company as it has grown to over 1000 employees, global manufacturing locations in North America, Europe and Asia, and a network of over 120 stocking distributors who can offer local support across the globe.
