Elements of Industrial Distribution Course Educates New Hires on Fundamentals: Two Sample Lessons Now Available

Available in print and online, Elements of Industrial Distribution covers the basics of industrial distribution in easy-to-understand language, providing novice employees with the knowledge they need to succeed in their positions. Written by industrial distributors and manufacturers, the course is organized into four modules, with each module featuring 15-20 quick, single topic lessons. Modules cover the basics of industrial distribution: ID Fundamental Organizational Overview, Operations Overview, Customer Service and Sales, Marketing and Profitability. Each module includes industry terms and definitions and concludes with a test so participants can see how well they have retained the knowledge.
