​Hydradyne LLC Acquires Hydraulic Sales and Service Inc. in Odessa, Texas

Hydradyne has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Hydraulic Sales and Service Inc., Odessa, Texas. HSS has provided hydraulic products and repair services to the Permian Basin and other local Texas markets for 30 years. The agreement combines the strengths of Hydradyne and HSS by leveraging Hydradyne’s global resource network and HSS’s local expertise to deliver an unmatched customer experience.

Hydradyne currently has a network of 30 branch locations with retail stores and repair shops strategically located throughout the southern United States. Hydradyne is one of Parker Hannifin’s largest distributors and will add more quality products to current HSS offerings in Midland-Odessa and surrounding areas. “Meeting the needs of customers in their local market is the driving force behind the Hydradyne business vision,” said Executive Vice President David Parks.
