Regulation Revisions from OSHA

NAWThe Federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) recently announced revisions to its regulations governing workplace injury and illness recordkeeping and reporting. It both updates the list of industries that are exempt from the requirement to routinely keep injury and illness records and expands the list of severe work-related injuries that employers must report to OSHA. The new regulations go into effect on January 1, 2015.
