 mptoms\n\nContact Hours: 1.5 contact hours are available for each of these 
 educational activities. A facilitator from each participating agency will b
 e responsible for copying and distributing the materials\, which will be at
 tached to your confirmation\, to the participants and ensuring that each pa
 rticipant requesting contact hours prints their name on the roster. Partici
 pants must remain on the webinar until its conclusion. At the conclusion of
  the webinar\, the facilitator will be responsible for collecting the evalu
 ations and rosters and returning them to this office. There must be an eval
 uation for each name on the roster(s). Certificates of completion will be e
 mailed to each agency facilitator once the evaluations and rosters have bee
