Ohio Nursing Laws & Rules: Keeping Current

up to offer this education.
Discuss the statutory and regulatory structure of the Ohio Board of Nursing (Category A, ORC 4723.02, OAC 4723-1-01). Describe requirements for a safe nursing practice (Category A, OAC Chapter 4723-4). The complaint and disciplinary process will be discussed for the nurse to gain an understanding of the potential impact upon the nurse. The rules and process related to delegation of tasks to unlicensed persons will be reviewed. Your team can hear and see the same information at the same time via the audio format; no travel expenses for the organization and continuing education certificates will be sent to your door.
