“Vaseline® Balls” Survey
Dear Hospice or Palliative Care Clinical Staff Member,
I am a Post-PharmD palliative care and pain management specialty practice resident currently conducting research with The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and HospiScript Services, LLC.
The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the opinions and experiences of hospice and palliative care nurses, pharmacists and physicians with the use of petroleum jelly oral preparations “Vaseline® balls” for the management of constipation.
The goal of this study is to collect data which can be used to determine if there is a need for future research on the use of “Vaseline® balls” in clinical practice.
This survey is voluntary and anonymous. No one, including the researcher, will be able to associate your responses with your identity. You may choose not to take the survey, to stop responding at any time, or to skip any questions that you do not want to answer without penalty.
