The Education Committee exists for the purpose of planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs.
Norm Mast (Community Hospice of Tuscarawas, Stark and Carroll Counties)- Chair
The purpose of the Finance Committee is to provide oversight of the quality and integrity of the accounting, auditing, and reporting practices of the Association. The Treasurer of the Midwest Care Alliance Board of Directors serves as Chair of the committee.

Palliative Care Committee
The purpose of this committee is to enhance collaboration between the organization and palliative care providers in Ohio as well as work collaboratively with the education staff to identify and develop programming opportunities for palliative care providers in Ohio.
Public Policy Committee
Jeff Lycan (Hospice of Dayton) - Chair
The purpose of the Public Policy Committee is to oversee, advocate, formulate, and mold health care and social service policy pertaining to availability, accessibility, delivery of and quality of home, hospice and palliative care for the patient, family and the bereaved.
Quality Standards Committee
The purpose of this committee is to serve in an advisory position to the organization on issues, concerns and policy development in regards to collecting home health, hospice, and palliative care industry data, use of data and benchmarking and developing standardization in reporting data.
