 g requirements may significantly impact oncology practices that treat patie
 nts covered by Medicare. Namely\, CMS is shifting from offering incentives 
 to providers for participating in certain reporting programs-the current sy
 stem-to reducing reimbursements to those providers who do not participate. 
 Oncologists who don't participate in the CMS reporting programs run the ris
