Oncology Pharmacists' Forum

MSU Tollgate Education Conference Center, Novi

MSHO will offer its first program designed specifically for oncology pharmacists and pharmacy services administrators. This day long program will take place at the MSU Tollgate Conference Center in Novi.  DIRECTIONS

Emily Mackler, Pharm.D., BCOP, Clinical Pharmacist in Hematology/Oncology from the Symptom Management and Supportive Care Program at the University of Michigan Comprehensive Cancer Center is the course director of this inaugural event and has brought together an esteemed faculty.    AGENDA
