Your Opinion Counts! CMS launching the new Medicare Administrative Contractor Satisfaction Indicator

 

Coming to a website near you! CMS will soon be launching the new Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) Satisfaction Indicator (MSI), an instrument that measures provider satisfaction with your MAC. Registration is required if you would like to take the MSI. The random sample will be drawn from the registry.
