NAHAD Employee Development Roadmap
As part of the NAHAD Board of Director's Strategic Plan for the 2014-2015 year, we are pleased to roll out the Employee Development Roadmap; a tool to support the professional development of your company, your employees and yourself!
Proper training, onboarding, retention and education of your employees is critical to the success of your business. The Roadmap is here to provide you with:
- Human Resource updates, policies and templates through NAHAD's Executive HR Consultant, Nancye M. Combs;
- Sample job descriptions for key positions within a typical NAHAD distribution company;
- Connection with various educational courses, training resources and development opportunities provided by NAHAD and its partners.
Through the Roadmap you can create a personalized Employee Handbook, expand on position responsibilities through comparisons to our samples and register for 2015 University of Innovative Distribution (UID) courses by the early bird deadline of January 14, 2015 - saving you $200!
The Roadmap is, and always will be, free for all NAHAD members, easily accessible on the NAHAD Members-Only site.
