NAHAD Represented at NAM Winter Leadership Conference

The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) held their Council of Manufacturing Associations (CMA) Winter Leadership Conference recently in Annapolis, MD. The CMA has 200 member trade associations that work on behalf of their more than 120,000 members. Representing NAHAD in attendance were Executive VP, Joseph M. Thompson and Director of Communications and Conferences, Kristin B. Thompson.

Attendees shared current trends within their associations, as well as tips and best practices for a wide-range of issues. NAM’s Chief Economist, Chad Moutray, presented the group with his forecast for the United States’ economy in 2013 (see excerpt in February issue of the NAHAD News).
