Help Design NAHAD’s NEW Employee Development Roadmap!

The NAHAD Board of Directors Education Committee is pleased to announce the current production of the Employee Development Roadmap, designed to assist NAHAD members in guiding their employee development process from new entrants to management roles.

NAHAD members can fill an integral role in the final stages of Roadmap production. The committee is currently seeking job descriptions companies may have for the following positions/departments:

• Hose Fabrication
• Warehouse Supervisor
• Inside Sales
• Inside Sales Manager
• Outside Sales
• Sales Manager
• Branch Operations
• Marketing
• Branch Management
• Finance
• Information Technology
• Human Resources
• General Management
• Executive Management

The gathered information will be reviewed and generalized to craft templates and sample job descriptions to assist future users in navigating the Roadmap. We will not use any confidential or sensitive company-specific material, including company name, compensation or reporting structure.
