Responding to the market need of industrial and warehouse/flex space adjacent to the Port Columbus International Airport, the Daimler Group broke ground on the planned Airside Business Park with our first building, AirSide One.  This 100,000 square foot, single-story warehouse and office facility is within a planned four building park. To secure the necessary approvals to begin working on a project close to the airport, the Daimler Group worked with both the CRAA and the TSA.  After securing a ground lease with the CRAA; Daimler was able to begin working with interested tenants for leased space.  The first Tenancy is slated for April 2015 and Airside One is already 70% leased.  Daimler is excited to fulfill the demand for  warehouse space in order to serve the growing industrial market in Central Ohio.
