2014 Runner Up: Best Industrial Project - Large Scale
CreekSide IX is a class A , over 650,000 square foot distribution center located within the 500-acre CreekSide Industrial Center. CreekSide IX is Pizzuti's latest big box speculative industrial building and is schedule to be complete by November 2014. CreekSide IX features a: 15-year, 100% real estate tax abatement, LEED design features, ample car and trailer parking and a 15-year roof warranty. CreekSide IX was the first speculative building over 500 THOUSAND square feet to start since the recession. NAIOP member RED Architecture participated in this project.
