WTVI PBS Charlotte has an exciting opening for a full-time reporter/producer. We're looking for a service oriented, team-player committed to excellence, and someone who knows how to identify, research and write compelling in-depth segments/documentaries. This person should also be able to use social media and web tools to promote upcoming stories. You will be responsible for pitching stories, conducting interviews, collaborating with a videographer on most shoots and completing at least one five-minute package for our weekly newsmagazine ‘Carolina Impact’ as well as produce and write fundraising documentaries. You will also be assigned to work on other station projects.
