Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking a Regional Credit Supervisor to reside in Asheville, NC credit hub and to be responsible for managing accounts receivable on a day to day basis so to ensure that all relationships for potential and active clients are healthy and build on a strong foundations. Position is responsible for multiple television stations.

Experience: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Supervise cash management • Supervise credit management • Review aging reports for multiple stations • Oversee decisions made on accounts • Approval of new accounts • Oversee Billing • Facilitate continual teamwork between the Credit Department and all of the Sales Departments • Monitor client account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities on large accounts • Follow established policies and procedures for all credit functions • Communicate with internal personnel and clients via phone, email, mail or personally • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Requirements: • Must be proficient with Excel • Knowledge of general accounting principles • Broadcasting or media experience preferred • Experience with a broadcast traffic system such as OSI or Wide Orbit a plus • Ideal candidate will be able to prioritize and multitask, have a high level of attention to detail, and have excellent communication (both written and over the phone) skills.
