Sales Assistant

WCNC-TV

 

WCNC-TV is seeking a Sales Assistant who will provide
administrative support for his/her team. Other responsibilities include
entering orders in the broadcast traffic system, coordinating administrative
support for sales staff and billing discrepancies. This individual will need to have the ability
to handle multiple duties, prioritize, and assist Sales Account Executives and
Account Managers in processing and clearing sales orders.

 

Responsibilities:

Inputting and maintaining client advertising schedules
on television and online
General filing, answering station phone lines,
and organizing of station calendar of events
Assigned back-up for other critical internal
roles (i.e. Traffic Coordinator)
Maintain and manage sales personnel time off calendars
Maintain and ordering of office supplies
Assist in special projects as needed

Requirements:

Must be extremely organized, task oriented, and have
excellent communication skills
Detail oriented while being able to multi-task
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
The ability to meet multiple deadlines
College degree preferred
