Operations Manager/Program Director

Beasley Media Group’s Charlotte stations WPEG-FM “Power 98” and WBAV-FM “V101.9” are looking for an outstanding Operations Manager/Program Director. This OM will oversee all on-air elements with a strong focus on our digital growth. An on-air shift is not required but this OM/PD must be an excellent talent/morning show coach. The successful candidate will attend sales and client meetings, and assist Account Executives to develop exceptional programs for clients. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative and analytical, with the instinct to win!
Qualifications:
• At least five years of proven success as an Urban programmer, preferably a minimum of two years in a PPM market;
• Must be proficient with RCS Selector, Adobe Audition, PPM Analysis Tool, and all Social Media platforms;
• Experience on Audio Vault, PD Advantage and Media Monitors is preferred;
• Team player, comfortable with working closely with the General Manager, other Operations Managers/Program Directors in the cluster, Sales Mgrs, AEs, Promotions, Engineering, Consultants, and the Corporate Mgmt team.
