WXII-TV has an opening for an Assignment Editor. This position will oversee news coverage and produce content for our digital platforms. Qualification Requirements • Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of major local, national and international issues. • Must be able to communicate effectively with newsroom staff • Must be able to work under deadline pressure • Must be highly organized • Must be available for assignments on off-hours, including evenings, overnights and weekends Education • Four-Year College Degree or equivalent work experience Experience • Prior newsroom experience, including internships for college credit To Apply Please visit careers.hearsttelevision.com to apply |
