WFMY News 2, the Gannett-owned CBS affiliate in Greensboro, NC has an excellent opportunity for the right person to help lead a newsroom that is producing news stories that are relevant and creating newscasts that impact viewers because they matter. This is an important role in our Information Center because you help shape our stories, newscasts and our brand on a daily basis. We advocate for our viewers, connect with the community and let our viewers in on the news-gathering and production process.

Requirements:
We absolutely need creativity, showcasing skills, sound decision-making skills and the ability to cut through the clutter and tell stories in a new and visual way. Candidates should have a degree in Journalism or a related field plus three years of professional experience with a proven track record in a winning news environment.
