  sustainable workforces and quality work and education outcomes for all Aus
 tralians.\n\nParticipants will also discuss the impact of the rapidly chang
 ing world of technology on the career development sector\, and how this new
  technology\, new jobs and changing workplaces affect people&rsquo\;s trans
 ition through their working lives.\n\nOnce again\, we have been able to att
 ract some of the leaders in the field - who will join us in Sydney from as 
 far as Finland\, England and Canada - to present the keynote speeches at th
