About the Presenter:
Dr. Spencer (Skip) Niles is an internationally recognized leader in the field of career development. He received the NCDA Eminent Career Award in 2007, served as President of NCDA, has been editor of the Journal of Counseling & Development and Career Development Quarterly, and is currently Distinguished Professor and Department Head at Penn State University. He is an expert in the field of adult career development and has written or edited more than 100 books and other publications. He is the author of texts widely used in graduate counseling and career development courses and a new book for undergraduate students and other adults on which this workshop is based, Career Flow: A Hope-Centered Approach to Career Development.
