Venable, PhD, is the Education Writer/Editor for OnlineColleges.net where she provides online learners and instructors with up-to-date resources needed to make informed decisions about college and careers. Melissa also hosts a weekly live Twitter chat and conducts ongoing research related to the online delivery of career services. Her professional background includes work in higher education as an instructor, instructional designer, academic advisor, and career development specialist. Melissa currently manages multiple social media accounts to interact with a community of readers interested in online education and student support.
